Key Responsibilities

  • •Own workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across three security teams, clearly communicating what’s on track, at risk, and the downstream impact of changing priorities.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for company leadership covering security risk, exposure, and program health.
  • •Partner on day-to-day execution with the primary security team while supporting the other teams based on priorities and capacity.
  • •Make and communicate prioritization decisions when demand exceeds capacity, including finding alternatives and explaining trade-offs.
  • •Design and implement lightweight processes and collaborate with product, engineering, and other partners to establish effective ways of working with security.
