Project Manager-Engineering Refined Products (Hybrid)

Manage a broad range of capital and major maintenance projects for refined product facilities, terminals, and pipelines, including pipeline relocations, facility upgrades, pump stations, and loading/offloading. Define scopes and cost estimates, lead cross-functional project teams (internal and external providers), direct project controls and documentation for compliance, and oversee schedule, budget, and monthly cash-flow forecasting while prioritizing safety, reliability, and quality.
