Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates for capital and major maintenance projects for refined product facilities, terminals, and pipelines.
  • •Provide leadership and direction to project teams comprised of internal and external service providers.
  • •Create and direct project controls, documentation, and compliance deliverables during and after project completion.
  • •Manage project execution to mitigate safety, reliability, environmental, and human impacts while meeting schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
  • •Manage project finances including monthly cash-flow forecasting and maintain project schedules across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent engineering with work experience).
  • •Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in engineering or managing projects (preferred).
  • •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining confidentiality and minimal supervision.
