Lead IT learning/LMS projects by planning, coordinating with internal teams, and managing activation plans to maximize product and service activation rates. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic and detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and risk strategies.
•Lead systems analysis and gap analysis to minimize customer requests and ensure operational plans meet goals and KPIs.
•Coordinate and supervise the work team to deliver on time and within budget, including training activation supervisors.
•Manage project operations and budgets, and oversee recruitment and training processes for each project.
•Ensure quality and performance by monitoring financial records/receivables, analyzing data, and taking corrective actions while coordinating with other departments.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in learning management systems (LMS) projects.
•High experience in team management and strategic planning.
•Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in technology with specialization in e-learning or distance learning.
•PMP certificate (valid/obtained) aligned with project management.
•Proficiency using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
