Job Summary

Design and deliver end-to-end Pega solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework, including payment-operations exception and investigation workflows. Build scalable case management applications with business process rules, data models, and background processing components. Configure secure integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, file listeners) with external banking systems, enforce Pega quality guardrails through code reviews and performance troubleshooting, and provide architectural direction and agile mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end Pega solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework.
•Design and implement payment-operations automation for exceptions, disputes, and cross-border payment investigations.
•Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and background processing components (Queue Processors, Job Schedulers).
•Design and configure secure enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, file listeners) connecting Pega to external banking ledgers and core transaction systems.
•Enforce Pega guardrails, perform code reviews, troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Requirements

•7+ years hands-on Pega development experience on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x preferred).
•Experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and deep operational knowledge of global payment systems and banking regulations.
•Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certification (also requires PCSA per key information).
•Strong BPM capabilities including Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), Data Pages, declarative expressions, UI rules, and report definitions.
•Ability to handle SQL queries, database indexing/mapping, and integration connectivity plus familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD and Scrum/Agile delivery.
