Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a defined group of OLED development programs across development and high-volume manufacturing phases, including structure, ownership, review rhythm, risk visibility, and closure follow-up.
  • •Run the portfolio as a product by defining positioning, market fit, and execution plan aligned with customer technology roadmaps, internal R&D capability, and long-term growth targets.
  • •Prepare program content for monthly program reviews, strategic reviews, and gate packages, consolidating complex materials into clear decision-ready storylines.
  • •Assess OLED markets and competitive/installed-base intelligence, analyzing segmentation and translating insights into strategic direction and quantified business opportunities.
  • •Apply AI tools to recurring analytical and reporting workflows, automating repeatable tasks while reviewing and challenging AI outputs before use.

Key Requirements

  • •Master or PhD degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • •5 to 8 years of experience in program management, product marketing, portfolio management, or strategic planning, ideally in display, semiconductor, or high-tech capital equipment.
  • •Strong technical background in display or semiconductor processes and equipment preferred.
  • •Proven ability to drive complex programs with multiple stakeholders and demanding timelines, not just coordinate or consolidate them.
  • •Confident engagement with stakeholders and senior management, with strong analytical and strategic thinking and excellent English communication.
