Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and lead a culture of high trust and respect by setting and meeting expectations with colleagues and customers.
  • •Manage third-party vendors and oversee contract services to ensure compliance with Sourcing, Procurement, and EHS requirements.
  • •Lead quarterly business reviews, tracking and reporting CTIs and KPIs and developing measures to improve business decisions.
  • •Confirm third-party services are completed on time and within budget, schedule and coordinate services, and ensure process payments.
  • •Perform regular audits of facility work orders to ensure vendor costs are documented in CMMS and create reports and presentations using graphs and infographics.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • •2+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or business management.
  • •2+ years of vendor management experience.
  • •2+ years of general accounting experience and experience analyzing and creating financial models.
  • •2+ years of data analytics and verification experience, plus knowledge of enterprise business systems and integrated workplace management systems.
