Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with all aspects of production, including artist hospitality, distribution of daily show information, show passes, and guest lists.
  • •Make quick drives to buy or deliver items for touring and house production as needed.
  • •Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
  • •Assist with green room and hospitality needs, including shop, set up, maintenance, and break down of craft service areas.
  • •Maintain safety and sanitation standards and ensure stage and backstage areas are clean; perform opening/running/closing side duties per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Flexible schedule with ability to work late hours and long days.
  • •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication/punctuality.
