Key Responsibilities

•Assist with production as needed, including artist hospitality, show information distribution, show passes, and guest lists.
•Run quick drives to buy or deliver items for touring and house production.
•Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
•Assist with green room or hospitality needs such as set up, maintenance, and break down of craft service areas.
•Maintain safety and sanitation standards and ensure stage/backstage areas are clean and organized while performing opening/running/closing duties.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of touring or stage production operations.
•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) as required by state/county licensee or certification requirements.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Flexible schedule with ability to work late hours and long days.
•Strong time management, multi-tasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
