Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategy to meet those requirements.
•Author key BIM documentation and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
•Lead and manage BIM rollout and implementation across programmes and projects.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks, and lead digital transformation and strategy.
•Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops; write reports; peer review colleagues’ work; support business growth activities and bids.

Key Requirements

•Consultancy background with experience of the design process and procurement routes within a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650 BIM and international BIM standards.
•Working knowledge of common data environments and of the creation and maintenance of key BIM documentation.
•Working knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
•Working knowledge of 3D model interrogation and clash detection tools such as Solibri or Navisworks, and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
