Manage jobsite quality control, safety/OSHA compliance, reporting, and operational audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, prioritize, and oversee daily and weekly field operations, including installer and subcontractor scheduling and workload balancing.
•Direct, supervise, train, coach, and evaluate W-2 installers and 1099 subcontractors to ensure safety, quality standards, and consistent execution.
•Interview, select, onboard, and retain qualified installers and subcontractors to maintain a ready labor pipeline.
•Serve as escalation point for complex operational and customer issues and resolve non-standard situations using independent judgment.
•Ensure compliance with safety/OSHA and company policies; oversee jobsite quality control inspections and corrective actions, and prepare operational reports.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in field, installation, or related roles within home improvement or construction.
•Preferred 2 years of experience in a management or supervisor position.
•Strong knowledge of residential remodeling installation practices.
•Ability to read and use a tape measure.
•Proficiency with operational systems and technology, including CRM, reporting platforms, and basic data entry.
