Project Controls Manager

Lead the project controls function on large, complex projects, overseeing scope control, change management, and accurate project schedules. Manage schedule resource loading/leveling and critical path analysis, and produce progress and performance reports. Support budgeting and incentive programs, maintain client relationships, and participate in key client/subcontractor negotiations. Ensure tracking databases align subcontractor funding with work authorization and expenditures, and drive root-cause analysis and project procedures.
