Key Responsibilities

  • •Design of HVAC and plumbing systems for large federal government, commercial, and institutional facilities
  • •Perform Construction Administration duties including review of shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor change orders
  • •Perform site/field visits to assess existing conditions and equipment condition
  • •Organize and plan projects to ensure quality controls and adherence to budget
  • •Mentor and supervise junior staff within the Mechanical Department and review specifications

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited Mechanical Engineering Program

  • •Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
