Job Summary

Develop and deepen relationships with small business customers by combining consultative calling and outside prospecting with digital tools. Provide comprehensive financial solutions for businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue, including account openings and ongoing servicing. Support branch partners across assigned offices, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and refer customers to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas as needs arise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

•Knowledge of bank/branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey business recommendations.
