Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and improve AI data enablement processes so AI teams can discover, access, and use trusted data.
  • •Gather and translate requirements across data access, data platforms, and integration into clear, actionable solutions.
  • •Define and deliver reusable data products focused on data discovery, quality, governance, and risk.
  • •Partner with business, Data, AI/ML, Technology and Risk teams to align requirements and drive delivery.
  • •Define and manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines, proactively resolving delivery blockers; senior hires may lead complex workstreams and help shape the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field.
  • •5+ years of Business Analyst experience in data, AI/analytics, or technology transformation.
  • •Strong understanding of data platforms, data access, integration, and data products.
  • •Experience with data discovery, governance, quality, lineage and/or data risk.
  • •Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is essential; exposure to AI/ML or GenAI is highly desirable.
