Key Responsibilities

  • •Own early-tenure marketing strategy, innovating onboarding and digitizing welcome packages for Cardmembers across the Amex App and online portal.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, partnering with creative agencies and internal teams.
  • •Identify gaps and opportunities across the Cardmember journey and develop, test, and launch new experiences and capabilities.
  • •Measure campaign and channel performance, uncover insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations and next steps.
