Key Responsibilities

•Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
•Develop design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep/shallow foundations.
•Coordinate design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to ensure alignment with objectives and client standards.
•Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations, ensuring quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.
•Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers; engage with clients, contractors, and review authorities; travel as needed for project activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience; demonstrated equivalency of education/experience.
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) in the United States.
•Experience in data center, mission critical, or large-scale industrial facilities.
•Experience with BIM (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc.
•Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems; knowledge of low embodied carbon materials and sustainable design.
