Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify, target, and close high-leverage partnerships across the AI and developer ecosystem.
  • •Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, integration scoping, and activation.
  • •Build Mercury’s presence in developer communities by attending and speaking at conferences and engaging in online communities.
  • •Define and execute Mercury’s go-to-market strategy for the AI and developer ecosystem, including co-marketing and co-sell motions.
  • •Position Mercury as a financial infrastructure partner in the AI-native landscape and feed developer ecosystem insights into the roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,800 - 226,100 annually

  • •You have a technical foundation and understand how APIs work, including evaluating integration complexity and speaking credibly with engineers and CTOs.
  • •You have a track record sourcing and closing partnerships (a hunter mindset), not just managing existing relationships.

  • •You think commercially: you can structure deals and move conversations from interest to signed agreements.
