Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Salesforce sample requests end-to-end: retrieve, prepare, record in the sample system, request double-check, enter shipment details, and ship samples.
  • •Handle SAP/PSS and co-ship sample requests end-to-end: retrieve, prepare, record, request double-check, enter shipment details, and ship samples.
  • •Perform mock (or actual) recall on samples sent.
  • •Maintain sample room inventory levels and shelf-life/QC/GMP requirements, including reviewing safety stock and ensuring correct specifications.
  • •Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets; prepare SOPs, keep filing up to date, provide monthly sample shipment reports, and support physical inventory counts.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience and a good working knowledge of math.
  • •AAS (Associate Applied Science) degree in business or a relevant field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong attention to detail/accuracy and commitment to quality.
  • •Clear, legible written communication and professional phone communication; must understand written instructions.
  • •Strong PC/software skills including Excel and Word; experience with ticketing systems; SAP/SFDC experience desirable.
