Key Requirements

  • •Leadership experience coaching and developing colleagues to drive sales excellence and world-class customer service in a high-volume branch environment
  • •4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment
  • •Proven record meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit and loss environment
  • •Successful completion of SAFE Act requirements, including required background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from NMLS
