Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a named EMEA account portfolio and help advance deals through executive alignment (exec 1:1s, briefings, presentations, or workshops).
  • •Host or co-host 2–4 VP/CTO-level relationship-building experiences per quarter in EMEA and deliver conference speaking and webinars targeting developer productivity and AI measurement topics.
  • •Deliver 1–2 internal enablement sessions per quarter for DX reps in EMEA to improve how they reach and speak with executives.
  • •Collect and report customer blockers, feature gaps, and competitive intelligence; contribute a quarterly Field CTO VOC report.
  • •Package and publish DX research into field-ready assets (workshops, talks, executive narratives) and produce research outputs quarterly.

Key Requirements

  • •Led engineering organizations or platform/developer experience teams at scale, typically as VP of Engineering, Head of Platform/Developer Experience, Senior Director of Engineering, or similar.
  • •Provided credible, evidence-backed commentary on data and research and translated insights into guidance executives can act on.
  • •Strong writer and communicator, known and respected by senior engineering leaders, VPs of Engineering and CTOs.
  • •Experience shaping developer productivity and tooling decisions with real consequences for teams and outcomes.
  • •English fluency required; bilingual or multilingual preferred (particularly German, French, or a Nordic language).
