Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product vision and strategy aligned to business and customer priorities.
  • •Own and prioritize the team backlog and roadmaps, including dependency management and value delivery against Engineering Cloud Migration objectives.
  • •Be hands-on technically, participating in discovery and contributing technical artifacts using AI-assisted development with appropriate review and controls.
  • •Oversee Agile delivery by refining backlogs and ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria include non-functional requirements for 24/7 enterprise platforms.
  • •Drive stakeholder alignment and communication by sharing progress, challenges, risks, and updates with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of Technical Product/Project Management experience in credit card, financial services, or technology industries.
  • •Or, in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong technical depth to discuss architecture, APIs/integration patterns, cloud/container concepts, observability, and security tradeoffs.
  • •Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.
  • •Ability to travel for business as required.
