Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruitment for teams including Marketing, Finance, Product, Growth, and Sales. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels. Own candidate experience from application through onboarding, facilitate structured competency-based interviews, and run regular process check-ins while staying current on recruiting market trends and DEI best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communications for teams across Marketing, Finance, Product, Growth, and Sales.
•Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding and facilitate structured, competency-based interviews.
•Conduct regular hiring manager check-ins and stay current on market trends and recruiting best practices to advise talent strategy.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience across business functions such as Finance, Sales, or Growth.
•Demonstrated success partnering with diverse hiring teams across a complex organization.
•Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
•Knowledge of DEI best practices and competency-based interviewing.
•Experience with a modern ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and sourcing platforms such as Gem (strongly preferred).
