Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under senior chefs. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality, maintain cleanliness and organization, and help with stock rotation and inventory. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Assist with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards, coordinate with kitchen staff to keep orders on time, and participate in training to improve skills.
