Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategies balancing long-term growth, profitability, competitiveness, and risk management; provide analytics and portfolio solutions supporting product management and operational capabilities.
  • •Lead business planning processes, including thought leadership, financial forecasting support, development of annual operating plans and budgets, and prioritization/funding aligned to business plans.
  • •Oversee financial analytics and insights covering financial modeling, acquisition/adoption analysis, product profitability and pricing, regulatory compliance, Board reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
  • •Assess and quantify business risks, implement risk management strategies, monitor performance versus forecasts, and analyze distribution channel and firm profitability.
  • •Lead the RFP process for new business, support product and pricing strategies, engage in product development decisions, manage a finance team, and act as President of the Nationwide Trust Company.
