Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the process from signed contract to live, revenue-generating product across partner lifecycle and launch readiness.
  • •Build a repeatable, end-to-end launch process with clear stages, owners, timelines, and feedback loops.
  • •Design and run operating cadence and business reporting (annual planning, quarterly goal cycles, leadership syncs, business reviews, KPI reporting).
  • •Set shared operating principles, tooling conventions, and process standards across functional ops teams, including reliability work with SLAs and monitoring.
  • •Own the BizOps team, covering expansion operations, AI operations, and high-priority special cross-functional projects.

  • •Strong planning and process instincts to design planning cycles, run business reviews, and build accountability systems.
