Control Tower Executive (6th of October, EG)

Monitor logistics, transportation, and warehousing performance by creating and updating operational dashboards, KPIs, and shipment/exception tracking views. Validate dashboard data using WMS, TMS, and operational system records, then prepare and share dashboard reports with internal stakeholders. Identify performance gaps, escalate observations to your supervisor, and coordinate with teams to collect the data needed to keep reporting accurate.
