•Provide operation support to Direct business channel, acting as key contact for external service providers and monitoring service quality (KPIs, SLAs, call quality, ticket handling).
•Support customer care and backoffice operations.
•Provide second-level support to the contact center, handling escalated client queries and complex cases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
