  • •Senior qualified lawyer with experience gained in-house or in private practice.
  • •Strong technical expertise, sound legal judgement, and confidence advising on complex matters.
  • •Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with clear, practical, commercially focused advice.
  • •Significant experience advising and negotiating investment services agreements (e.g., investment management agreements, custody agreements, fund link agreements, ancillary services agreements).
  • •Experience managing external counsel and strong stakeholder management skills across senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
