Job Summary

Serve as the AI subject-matter expert for Quality and Post-Market processes, accelerating Philips’ digital transformation by embedding responsible generative AI into day-to-day operations. Develop and govern an AI portfolio, create effective prompts, translate AI concepts into compliant business solutions, and drive high-visibility transformation. Partner globally across Quality, Regulatory, IT, and post-market surveillance stakeholders to enable smarter decisions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen product quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the organization’s AI champion within Quality, bridging business needs with emerging AI capabilities.
•Embed responsible AI into Quality and Post-Market operations to improve decision-making, efficiency, and product quality/patient safety.
•Develop effective prompts and oversee an AI portfolio to deliver compliant, high-value outcomes.
•Lead transformation initiatives by shaping AI strategy and building expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
•Partner across global Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Post-Market Surveillance stakeholders to implement AI solutions responsibly and at scale.

Key Requirements

•8+ years industry experience, including 6+ years in AI.
•Practical experience applying AI technologies (including generative AI) to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
•Experience developing effective prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and identifying AI use cases in regulated environments.
•Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory considerations for AI adoption.
•Experience in Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, or a related function in medical device/healthcare/life sciences or other highly regulated industries.
