Key Responsibilities

  • •Create capital sourcing strategies to reduce risk and enable continuous cost reduction aligned to payment terms, cash targets, on-time delivery, and savings goals.
  • •Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to evaluate sourcing models and optimize value for products and services.
  • •Ensure supply-base health by selecting and analyzing suppliers based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness; support supplier continuity for new product introduction campaigns.
  • •Execute purchasing transactions, issue purchase orders, and administer multimillion-dollar contracts, including independent negotiation of contract terminology, pricing, scope, and compliance requirements.
  • •Benchmark, track, and analyze sourcing performance metrics and trends against budget monthly; drive make-vs-buy decisions and supplier-quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations management, material cost control, or master production scheduling.
  • •Ability to execute RFIs and RFPs, document bid events, negotiate suppliers, and manage contracts.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal stakeholder levels.
  • •Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.
