Job Summary

Join the Retail Personal Banker I program and complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education track with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling. Support teller transaction processing and partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams to refer customers and grow financial-center results.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while cross-selling and supporting referrals to business partners.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
