Training Design Intern

Develop and deliver training materials that support employee growth, working closely with the Learning team to translate learning objectives into engaging e-learning, instructor-led resources, videos, and job aids. Help design curricula, support multimedia production, and manage content in an LMS. Contribute to training program evaluation by collecting feedback and improving modules using data, while coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines.
