Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate detected threats and use security products to analyze, contain, and remediate threats on customer environments.
  • •Provide customers with thorough reports describing actions taken and environment cleanup and protection strategies.
  • •Identify and implement response strategies to improve the security posture of the customer base.
  • •Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, Intel, and Product teams to develop methods for timely threat remediation.
  • •Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills through direct experience responding to security events and threats.
  • •Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, or CarbonBlack, plus familiarity with identity security technologies.
  • •Foundational understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • •Curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and problem-solving.
  • •Professional communication skills, including the ability to provide clear technical documentation, and availability for Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm MT plus monthly on-call rotation.
