Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including data center cooling solutions and mission-critical equipment.
  • •Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, cooling towers, and associated HVAC infrastructure.
  • •Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance optimization for HVAC and data center cooling systems.
  • •Lead and supervise technicians or subcontractors and coordinate work schedules, updates, and issue resolution with data center customers.
  • •Ensure work follows EHS and internal quality requirements, support maintenance planning/documentation/reporting, coordinate with vendors/contractors, and handle urgent or unplanned maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably supporting data center operations or mission-critical cooling systems.
  • •Strong technical expertise in chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, HVAC system controls, and cooling optimization.
  • •Experience engaging with data center customers and managing expectations in a high-demand environment.
  • •Willingness to work long hours, including after-hours support when required.
