Respond to advanced customer inquiries for new mortgage loans by phone or email, assess customer needs, and cross-sell additional bank products. Manage the mortgage application process, including processing customer requests and facilitating account approval with underwriting, processing, and closing teams. Maintain accountability for risk and ensure policies and procedures are followed to deliver a positive customer experience within the bank’s risk appetite.
