Personal Banker Associate I - Lighthouse Point DeNovo

Onboard into the Retail Personal Banker I role through a 4–8 week training and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and proactively reach customers via approved marketing tools. Cross-sell existing customers, support outside sales/community events, refer to business partners, and help meet production and customer experience goals while following risk and ethics policies.
