Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete regular assessments of search quality according to evaluation standards
  • •Use queries and tools to judge user search needs and classify requirements
  • •Identify types of search bad cases and rate result quality
  • •Provide ideal search results and feedback suggestions to improve policies
  • •Support escalations and sensitive-content evaluations and perform other assigned duties

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, or relevant work experience
  • •Excellent language skills in Tagalog and English
  • •Knowledge about search engines and familiarity with social media platforms
  • •In-depth understanding of local culture and local users’ internet usage habits
  • •Strong ability to learn and understand; search evaluation experience and common office software familiarity are preferred
