Lead Childcare Teacher

Lead a mixed-age (0–3) Montessori infant/toddler classroom by preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly environment and observing each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Respect children’s natural rhythms for sleep, eating, and toileting, encourage independence through care activities, and build strong relationships with families. Collaborate with classroom team members to create a respectful community while helping lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
