Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Collins focal for conflict-of-interest and post-government employment programs.
  • •Conduct COI reviews for current and post-government employment, including new hire and occasioned COIs, coordinating with Legal, HR, and investigations as needed.
  • •Respond to COI inquiries from the RTX Speak Up Helpline and the ECO network.
  • •Recommend and implement enhanced processes for COI programs and support leadership in cultivating an ethics, compliance, and integrity culture.
  • •Analyze trends, identify risk areas, and plan preventative and responsive actions.
