Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 3 support and engineering expertise for the design, testing, and implementation of the Next Generation Network across all DEA offices.
  • •Install, configure, and troubleshoot network architectures and devices, including SD-WAN, DMVPN, Layer 2/3, and wireless networks, and implement network security measures (access control models and firewalls).
  • •Support classified and unclassified environments to ensure operational continuity, security compliance, and high availability.
  • •Act as a technical escalation point for complex network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
  • •Maintain engineering documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks; participate in architecture reviews and implementation planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 10+ years of network engineering experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •5+ years of hands-on enterprise network experience.
  • •Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
  • •Professional certification (e.g., CCNP or CCDP).
  • •Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network architectures, including routing protocols, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
