Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned BI products/features from intake through continuous improvement.
•Define and maintain BI product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures (OKRs) with leadership alignment.
•Lead discovery to convert business needs into problem statements, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and standardized metric definitions.
•Drive adoption and change management through communications, training, user guides, release notes, onboarding, and recurring enablement.
•Manage delivery execution using Agile/Hybrid methods and mentor/develop the team, including planning, workforce management, hiring, and performance management.

•Hands-on familiarity with Tableau, Power BI (or similar) and BI best practices including performance, usability, and basic security/access concepts.
•Strong project and team management capability, including workload/backlog management, user stories, dependency estimation, and sprint/release planning.
•Working knowledge of data warehousing/lakehouse concepts, ETL patterns, and data modeling fundamentals (schemas, dimensions/facts).
