Job Summary

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Enrollments & Entitlements product portfolio, including enrollment, entitlement administration, authentication, and access governance. Own product management lifecycle activities such as market/industry research, opportunity identification, value proposition and business cases, launch execution, and post-launch audits. Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security to deliver secure, scalable, client-centric solutions and drive continuous improvements using client feedback and performance metrics.

•Conduct post-launch audits, analyze P&L/metrics/KPIs, and recommend improvements to promotional programs.
