Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for supply chain alongside the Senior Director, aligning to company OKRs and executive stakeholders.
  • •Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models to production for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier risk scoring, cellular spend prediction, and HW cash flow with measurable ROI.
  • •Build predictive models and novel features using large-scale ERP, IoT, and third-party datasets; create pipelines and ETL jobs for models and stakeholders.
  • •Deliver production-grade code for batch and real-time inference with robust MLOps best practices, including monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • •Act as the AI liaison to Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance; mentor junior scientists and lead initiatives to address gaps in data, tools, and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in applied data science or ML, ideally in supply chain, operations research, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • •Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, EE, OR, or a related technical field.
  • •Expertise in statistical modeling and ML including time series forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, and causal inference.
  • •Strong Python and fluency in SQL, with proven experience developing and deploying production ML systems.
  • •Experience with MLOps (automated testing, CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, performance tracking) and real-time inference pipelines.
