Build and advance radar software through the full SDLC—requirements, design, C/C++ development, test, validation, and maintenance—within cross-functional agile teams. Key Responsibilities

•Support one or more phases of the SDLC: requirements, design, C/C++ development, test, validation, and maintenance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and implement new features with system integration and scalability.
•Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and efficiency in complex environments.
•Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including system architecture and design specifications.
•Participate in product reviews and uphold engineering standards and best practices, while staying current on industry trends including AI and DevSecOps.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with C++ development on a Linux/Unix-based platform.
•Experience supporting radar software development, including radar systems and signal processing (e.g., pulse-Doppler processing, detection theory, tracking, waveform processing).
•Experience with one or more of: DSP (FFT, filtering, pulse compression, matched filtering), RF systems/antenna concepts (propagation, phased arrays, beamforming), radar scene and signal modeling (phenomenology, clutter, I/Q generation), or electronic attack/electronic protection concepts.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued interim secret security clearance prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
