Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation across multiple platforms, aligned with EPC contracts, ADNOC specifications, and project KPIs.
  • •Coordinate offshore heavy lifting and marine spread operations, reviewing lifting studies, rigging plans, crane load charts, and deck loading checks to support safe equipment positioning.
  • •Oversee mechanical installation, piping fabrication/offshore spool fit-up, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and system handover through MC, RFC, and RFSU milestones.
  • •Coordinate electrical installation and instrumentation activities (cable pulling/termination, tray and SWGR/MCC placement, earthing/testing, JB mounting, loop checking, instrument calibration, and F&G device installation).
  • •Maintain HSE and QA/QC compliance, manage punch lists and construction documentation traceability, and produce daily/weekly progress reports while interfacing with EPC management, commissioning teams, marine, QC, and OEMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with offshore construction experience (mandatory).
  • •Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
  • •Strong background in offshore platform construction, live facility modifications, and SIMOPS/shutdown execution.
  • •Multi-discipline construction management experience.
  • •Knowledge of ADNOC offshore construction and HSE standards.
