Construction Manager [Offshore Platform]

Lead end-to-end offshore construction execution across Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines on multiple platforms. Serve as the senior on-site authority, coordinating crews and marine spread operations while ensuring safe heavy lifting and strict compliance with ADNOC standards and HSE requirements. Drive mechanical installation, piping fabrication, electrical and instrumentation activities, and QA/QC, synchronizing multidisciplinary work fronts to achieve Mechanical Completion, RFC, and RFSU. Provide reporting, approvals, and technical leadership with EPC, commissioning, and OEM stakeholders.
