Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global and country product teams in regulatory, governance, and policy framework reviews, including identification and assessment of business risks.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures through ongoing reviews and assurance for the Global Trade Solutions product area.
  • •Develop and maintain a robust control environment across the product organization to support operational, financial, and policy compliance.
  • •Perform root cause analysis to find trends and anomalies, driving operational improvements, efficiencies, and process simplification.
  • •Conduct reviews of product frameworks/controls across onshore and offshore functions, recommend control improvements, and provide governance reporting on issues and actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, P&L, client management, and product management.
  • •Experience in project implementation or working as a business analyst for risk management (risk functions, risk investigation, or audit).
  • •Ability to deliver on timelines and work with large sets of risk data.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); project/program delivery experience is desirable.
