Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations for Savvy’s broker-dealer, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as trade volume scales. Build end-to-end workflows across brokerage lifecycle, account/cashiering operations, and legal & compliance operations. Partner with Investment Operations, Legal & Compliance, and third-party vendors while creating scalable SOPs and controls, leveraging AI and agentic workflows to automate reconciliation, exception detection, and error resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day broker-dealer operations, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
•Build and run end-to-end brokerage lifecycle workflows, including monitoring post-trade activity and resolving errors.
•Design workflows for client money movement approvals, deposits, account setup exceptions, and account restrictions across systems.
•Support Legal & Compliance requests, including FINRA and audit requests, and prepare client complaint and resolution reports.
•Identify opportunities to deploy AI tools and agentic workflows to automate reconciliation, exception detection, and reporting preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 131,000 annually
