Sales & Service Lead - Village at Meridian

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by coaching the team on guest connection and technical product education. Drive day-to-day customer relationships, analyze performance metrics to strategize and meet engagement targets, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce planning. Partner with Operations and Visual leads on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor/facility coordination, while directly overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
