Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support and advise customers across all departments (make-up, skin care & hair care, fragrance).
  • •Share product knowledge, trends, and beauty news with customers.
  • •Provide short services across departments.
  • •Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising requirements and that the sales area is fully stocked and ready.
  • •Handle inventory storage and replenishment on the shop floor and in the warehouse.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industry.
  • •First experience in retail and in advising/assisting customers.
  • •Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • •Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
  • •Fluent English skills or being a native speaker of the country’s language.
