Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a regional LQA organization including people managers, individual contributors, and vendor resources.
  • •Lead and mentor direct reports (LQA Managers and Associate Managers) to ensure development, retention, and consistent performance.
  • •Contribute to departmental strategic planning by forecasting staffing needs, tooling requirements, and budgets.
  • •Oversee and evolve LQA workflows (test planning, triage, cross-regional bug handling, and reporting) to maintain quality across languages.
  • •Collaborate with senior production, QA, content, and engineering stakeholders to align test coverage with risk and release velocity, serving as an escalation point for sensitive LQA issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Localization QA or functional QA experience, including managing managers, teams, and individual contributors.
  • •Proven ability to lead multi-language QA operations in a regional or multi-site model.
  • •Deep familiarity with linguistic QA, LQA tools, test case development, and vendor operations.
  • •Experience planning and managing budgets, resource allocations, and milestone staffing.
  • •Proficiency with QA and localization platforms (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail, CMS, CAT tools, TMS).
