Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum doula support for birth and postpartum care.
  • •Participate in Loula’s onboarding process by completing the interest form and screening questions.
  • •Serve insured clients through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Work as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Focus on client care while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR/HIPAA/liability insurance or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out and Loula can support you in getting set up.
